Dear Visitors,
At no time can you cut, paste, or rewrite any of the romance stories or Closer series and claim the story as your own. These stories are to stay within this site or wherever I choose to post the stories.
You are only allowed to read and comment on the story.
Sharing from this source via a link is welcome, but stealing work is not permitted.
Under fair use, you cannot use it to certify your reasons for taking certain aspects of my work out of context unless you are commenting on the work.
YouTubers or any social media influencers who are making money from my work must include a link to the original content in their descriptions at all times and give me credit for creating my stories.
As for corporations that want to recreate my stories into television, movies, etc., under no circumstances can you change their biological sex or use all of my characters to represent a minority group of people. None of my characters can portray homosexual acts, such as relations with ungodly items, such as animals, objects, imaginative creatures, the same biological sex, etc.
My relationship with God is more important than the riches on this earth.
For no material possessions can be taken with me after I leave this place.
While on this matter, representation is something Authors can choose to include in their stories. If any of my characters are used to portray sin in an okay state of mind, the right or ownership to use my work will be revoked.
Our modern world's expectations of wrongdoing change daily; I have these terms posted because I have seen what our society deems safe for its audience to consume, and I no longer engage with social standing.
I am not someone trying to prevent another creative person from representing another minority group. This decision is due to my faith as a Catholic, and I deserve to have full control over my character(s) in whatever way I see fit.
These causes will be addressed when a producer, the future movie production team, and I make first contact. A lawyer will have this information in the paperwork. I will not sign a corporate contract without these guidelines in place.

Terms & Conditions - the basics
That said, these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a set of legally binding terms defined by me, Victoria Aurora, as the owner of the website ToriAurora.
The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or my visitors, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and me, Victoria Aurora.
